It also comes with a mop lifter system that lifts the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate or hardwood flooring, as well as carpet or rugs to prevent soaking soft surfaces.
Additionally in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very tempting choice for anyone looking to get rid of their old stick vacuum and mops. If you are able to justify the hefty price tag we strongly recommend checking this one out.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combo. Its price is justified by its powerful features, which include the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mops. It has an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it was able to perform well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floors and managing to lift long hair with no knots. The mops also performed well with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.
The L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station empties the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, then refills the water tank to mop and also dry your mop pads. It also has an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.
In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops that I test and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned out, and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced on a regular basis too.
I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. For those who are on a budget, I would suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase however, its price and ongoing maintenance will ultimately make it more of a wish than a need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and get rid of dirt from your floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty 8,000 Pa suction power. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. It's also fitted with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It even comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it goes, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean in order to wash off the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. If you choose this feature however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaners.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map out a area and moved around furniture. It sat on carpets with larger piles several times during my tests. However, this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers lots of features at a reasonable cost.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum. However, it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system is able to be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris from carpets.
The app that runs the appliance is dense, and offers various options for customizing the cleaning process. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels or electrical wires.
The machine has a major flaw: it does not include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a simple solution: the app has an option that allows you to "clean up", at the end of each vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and traces that were left behind after vacuuming. This is a nice feature that can help this robot clean a little better than its competitors with lower prices.
